Its better then the free to play pricing at least here you have expectations for what your getting at a defined price point. Also they didn't intentionally break the game mechanics to encourage people to pay for convenience.

I agree with you. they drive away paying customers while failing to stop piracy by their own numbers. Other distributors have improved but Ubi seems think it can out smart the pirates.
