the name “burnt end” is a bit of a misnomer. It’s not really burnt per say. There’s a little char but it’s mostly bark, which is the hardened outer layer of the meat.

Yeah AB’s heyday is kinda past. Plenty of better places here in KC. Also the sauce is very unique and polarizing. 

How about if they even included it on their service? I’ve been super disappointed with the lack of stuff on there. They own it, why not leave it up there? Unless there’s some sort of bizarre rights thing?

Fun fact - AP Style actually says that acronyms and initialisms can have apostrophes to make it plural. So CD’s or IPA’s could technically be correct depending on what style you follow. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
