I always disagreed when Kojima nerfed the boxes in following games, or in the case of MGS4, substituted them for rusty barrels.

I stopped being a fan after Last of Us Part 2, but I think I’m going to do like Highlander 2 and pretend the sequel didn’t happen. Legendary videogames have a history of making controversial, divisive part 2s (Zelda 2, Super Mario Bros 2, Castlevania 2)
I have played for the first time, and finished, on the Steam Deck, Spider-Man, Final Fantasy VII Remake, Stray, A Plague Tale, and about 60-ish hours of No Man’s Sky (600 hours total on PC), but I have spent more time playing Vampire Survivors than all of those games combined.
I think it’d be great to launch Blender, the Godot engine, and test your game right on the spot. It’s like a console/dev kit in one. I hope that at one point developers start doing exactly the same instead of leaving all the responsibility of optimizing their games for the Steam Deck to Valve.
Advertising in the box that it’s a Steam Deck is practically asking for it to get lost in the shipping process and end up in the black market.
I think many of the gamers here make the same mistake of the journalists, seeing the Steam Deck as a mini PC or some sort of hybrid. The truth is, I have never bothered to use it as a PC at all. You can simply use it as a console and play the extensive library of games that play perfectly out of the box. To make my…
There were sales I regret making, like selling my PSP with its entire library in 2010. I think I only got enough credit to get CoD Black Ops.
I think I am going to reveal my age with this, but there was a place called Blockbuster where you didn’t have to buy the game, you rented it. If you wanted to keep it, there was a place in the mall called Electronics Boutique where you could buy a used copy, plus, they would also credit your used copy of Earthworm Jim…
This is the funniest thing I have seen in a week.
That would be worth the money alone, but he’s well known not to honor those prizes https://www.vanityfair.com/style/2019/11/donald-trump-meet-and-greet-contest
The first proof of that is that Republicans did very well in that election THEY claim was stolen. The one thing this grifters figured out is that right-wingers are very easily exploitable.
It’s kind of a betrayal he didn’t even bother to approach Ben Garrison.
15-ish years ago I got in the mail a catalog selling me a subscription to Trump Steaks, with a tacky picture of Donald Trump pointing at an assortment of well-done steaks. Naturally, my first reaction, which should be a normal one, was WTF.
I am too desensitized now to even have a reaction to this news. I still can’t…
Nintendo: Um... okay, I guess?
This is many years in the future, but Apple, somehow, convinced Konami to do a Castlevania game for the Mac, also the PC is getting in return a wave of Mac ports, including, Sayonara Wild Hearts, Reigns, What The Golf and The Last Campfire.
It’s November 2022, time to put Resident Evil Village on this list. Another overlooked contenders: What The Golf and eventually, No Man’s Sky.
He could afford stooges to carry him with all that money he stole.
They don’t want to be like those Meta employees forced to turn Instagram into a knockoff TikTok and Facebook into a lame VR game, then get fired because Zuckerberg is starting to lose money.
Apparently setting up a web page and domain to look exactly like an institution to stage a phishing scam costs nothing, and that’s why phishing is still around. Great Elon solved the problem!
The problem now is that there’s too many stupid people, and it only takes one person to take advantage of them. He’s banning a lot of those accounts but keeping their money, which seems to me like fraud, but I am not a lawyer. Not the first time he proposes something, takes the money and run, here’s an example:
