Ok, I didn’t realize Bungie goes that far back. I had to look it up. I based it on remembering that half of my iMac’s library at the time came from Bungie. I still own Myth 2, which I’m able to play in modern Macs through mods.

Let me correct you here because before they signed the deal with Microsoft for the original XBox, Bungie was primarily a Mac developer, and as far as I can tell, my Bondi Blue 2000 iMac could run them all flawlessly. It was the Microsoft deal, not the hardware that made them switch.

Most of those games were for the translucent iMac. The iMac was a legit gaming platform in the 90s, thanks mostly to Bungie, Blizzard and Maxis (RIP).

Perhaps EA should have supported Respawn better by no releasing their game right before Call of Duty, specially when they clearly spent all their marketing money on Battlefield 1.

My biggest surprise is that I was paired with players over 210 and I wasn’t kicked out while being in my 190s. The most noticeable change, by far, is the loot system.
