Here’s NBA Jam at $90, and Shaq Fu at $33 (I’m hoping those are Canadian dollars, who the hell would pay $90 for NBA Jam?). Like I said, a difference between shovelware and AAA games. Of, course, that was the time most people just rented the games or bought them used, so only suckers like me paid mostly $70 at release.
I'm thinking the same. When I have a Macintosh, for crying out loud, and I can play with it (through Steam) 80% of the games out on the PS4, you know that their library is weak.
The timed exclusivity with Tomb Raider put square on my shit list. When it ends, and FF7 remake is out, I’ll give them another look.

AAA games were $70, or even $80. Shovelware was around $40, everything in between was $50-$60.
So, essentially Chrono Trigger’s cartridge has lost zero value since it came out 20-something years ago.
Since the two best selling consoles are from Nintendo, we have to question if sales in Japan are even relevant anymore.
