It still beats what the president vomits up on Twitter.

I’m picturing a stereotypical movie tough guy stabbing open a kilo of Parmesan and licking a sample off the end of the knife like a 90s action movie.

Most of the birds we know as Sea Gulls are actually Bay Gulls. Not that this changes your point significantly. But your issue is with Bay Gulls. Sea Gulls are tiny and not a nuisance.

Counterpoint — a pigeon buzzed my hair in downtown Chicago less than 90 minutes ago. I know it just wanted sidewalk food but I do not need pigeon talons or whatever brushing again my hair. Nor do I need to spend a minute on the sidewalk making sure I wasn’t pooped on, looking insane throughout the process.

Seagulls are flying bags of shit.

Team Soledad.

Is this a most white white guy contest? Because I used to drink Zima.

It’s a step in the right direction, the appropriate legislation though would be to make it illegal to hand public money over to sports owners in any circumstance.

Malort is one of those bottles that you never purchase on your own yet always finds itself inside your liquor cabinet. Which is to say, come on over! We can pair it with some Old Style.

I can’t fathom why MLS is supporting this move unless they believe Crew fans are suddenly going to shift allegiance to FC Cincinnati. They are probably going to lose both fan bases.

Isn’t forcing someone to stay in Ohio cruel and unusual punishment?

As someone who has been paying close attention to this story, Austin ites don’t seem all that intrested in having a team. There hasn’t been an outpouring of support for this team to come to Austin. In fact, most of the public seems to be against the team moving to Austin. Theyve protested twice to make sure that the

Columbus native and crew fan here. I love how fans around the MLS have rallied around the crew. It has meant so much to us to know that we are supported throughout the MLS in trying to keep the crew in Columbus.

I honestly don’t see the move to Austin being successful, particularly if it’s dependent on public funds and/or significant tax breaks. The last time companies (Uber/Lyft) tried to strong arm Austinites into doing something, the voters basically told them to go fuck themselves.

I hope this goes somewhere, although Neil DeMause at FieldofSchemes.com seems to think it might not. (There is nothing in the law about enforcement.) At any rate, anything that makes it harder for this piece of shit, and his short-sighted enablers in MLS top brass, to get away with thumbing their collective noses at

According to an article from Bill Archer today, As well as several other local sources, at least 3 different offers have been made to purchase the team from PSV. An offer to buy the entire team, an offer to buy half the team, and an offer to buy less than half the team as long as PSV agrees to keep the team in

“Soon it was commonplace for entire teams to change cities in search of greater profits. The Minneapolis Lakers moved to Los Angeles where there are no lakes. The Oilers moved to Tennessee where there is no oil. The Jazz moved to Salt Lake City where they don’t allow music. The Raiders moved from Oakland to LA back to

You’re missing the most obvious issue: why the fuck should minor-league sports be affiliated with universities at all? You want to pay the athletes, fine. But then why bother having them be part of the school? That’s a lot of words just to try and justify college athletics, when that’s the problem in the first place.

Ha! I had heard about the Palin photo, but didn’t know about the Blago print.
