Have you BEEN to said site? It’s very liberal which I actually enjoy. I’m just saying it’s not a conservative site in any way. Geez.
It’s meh...it’s very clique although if you’re very progressive than you might like it.
That first one “A Touch Of Jen” seems a bit...lurid? I dunno, it reminds me of the really trashy pulps from the 60's.
You and me both, fellow old man. Now how about passing me an Old Man Schlitz while we yell at some clouds?
Some folks just have that knack and others labor at it I guess.
As a musician who, unlike that McCartney fellow who just wakes up with Yesterday (well, the melody) in his head and who follows the Paul Westerberg example of just going in the basement and forcing yourself to write, watching McCartney specifically work and figure out songs is incredible.
You’re history’s greatest monster, and I know Jimmy Carter.
My first exposure to Matt Berry was through “Garth Marenghi’s Dark Place” and what a great way to be introduced to the man known as the velour fog...
Say hi to the Death of Rats for me, my man!
Blurst! (I think) - who knows with the grays. Great interview and I am pumped to see this. As a second tier shitty guitarist I love the creative process and studio work, and seeing these guys do it...I can’t think of anything better.
He had me at BA
I do love that film as well! And I think I switched them in my head: Lord Love A Duck is when McDowell is the narrator and The Loved One is where he inherits the family business. But either way both are incredible.
I’ve heard “Coke” in the Northeast admittedly. I will say all my Southeast (aka Eastbound AND DOWN family) say pop: I have family in Virginia, Georgia and Florida. But either way, fuck Pepsi.
As an American I always thought the general rule was “Soda” in the North, “pop” in the South by and large...
I will say Dewey is a better film than MacGruber, but both are awesome. I only give the edge to Dewey for that soundtrack and of course the great Cox sausage products...
Let’s grab a beer together because you are officially my favorite poster. And I agree with everything you wrote.
Same here. Much like Dewey Cox, I think it’s an under-rated gem that should have done way better than it did on release.
