Yes.

Wait...the safety person who was appointed by management, who failed at their job and was injured (if true, admittedly) is not to blame but management is? I mean, fuck management by and large but the only thing they did wrong was hire an incompetent.

That enormous woman will destroy us all!

Huh. I never thought of it as bleak, to be honest. It had a lot of humor in it (sometimes dark) although I do think that once the actress who played Tony’s Mom passed and they couldn’t continue that story-line, the show was never quite as good. There was a lot more...I dunno, nuance and undercurrent with his Mom being

I’ve literally seen every film you mentioned and such gems as Blood Freak, If Footmen Tire You What Will Horses Do? and The Amazing Mr. No Legs. I’m digging this film (Dangerous Men) up and watching it after work today.

It is...and TO THE EXTREME, BROSEPH!

You say this like it’s a bad thing.

Take my up-vote, cause any film with a soundtrack that sounds like a 1980's Casio as recorded by the producers nephew is one I’m going to seek out instantly.

I was going to say, Pluto TV had better have a Rifftrax and MST3K rooms cause my understanding is they get a huge amount of traffic (even per the CEO!)

You forgot the link! No insult, but googling Dangerous Men makes me think I’d fall into a really, really odd rabbit hole.

Huh...his face just looks swollen or something. He does look weird: not sure if the greyed out guy below you has it right or not. I remember Norm MacDonald had that look which I never knew was from his treatments.

The premise of this sounds good, and the vocal and writing talent hints this could be good. I’m hoping it’s a season 2 show like Parks and Rec or even my beloved Venture Bros, which clearly got better as the show went along.

I can’t stand the guy, but fuck if Tom Cruise doesn’t look great for his age. And whatever work he’s had done is very discreet: I’m not getting that sort of Kenny Rogers vibe at all.

I think you can admit that an artist’s work is pretty good while also admitting they’re an asshole?”

Clearly Robin’s been squatting and not neglecting leg day...

That’s fair: you do seem to clearly know a good amount about film. But to me, the clarity doesn’t add anything: I just prefer the grain and grit I guess.

And who can blame Raven? Look at this love machine!

Now playing

You say “Samurai Cop” like it’s a bad thing. Now, if you need me I’ll be watching “ Miami Connection” and singing this delightful little dittie...

I’m an old and I truly, truly dislike the “soap opera” look that the 4k and motion smoothing gives to films, especially older ones. The worse was I can remember being in Best Buy by the TV section and some salesman had “The Godfather” on but with that motion smooth and hyper realism and 4k and Jeebus wept, it looked
