Can AV Club not do the “click for the next page” thing that The Takeout has been doing lately? I don’t understand why this format is becoming ubiquitous. Does each paragraph require a page? OK, I don’t know the particulars/problems you face when designing a web page; but clicking 32 time to get to the Comments section

33 slides on this godawful site format should be a crime

Yeah, I was interested in diving back into Clone Wars expecting this season to be some major tour de force. And then I lost that interest pretty quickly because I was never a big enough fan to be invested in all the clone developments and jumping into the Bad Batch stuff just isn’t “important” enough for me to sit

I went back and spot checked a bunch of episodes after the last one aired and this episode was the shortest by over a minute, that’s including the 55 second recap (the longest I saw) and excluding the 3 minutes of credits. Yes there was good character development, but it just felt like a sick joke to have us end up

I fully enjoy character development, and I’ve mostly really enjoyed Ahsokas current storyline, and the new characters it’s introduced. That said, I think both this story and Bad Batch would have benefited greatly from being only 3 episodes each. By the third ep of each I had started to lose interest and there just

This arc is a good idea for a variety of reasons, but that last episode was the definition of filler.  They escaped, ran around a bit, then got recaptured and put back in the exact same cell.  The only relevant event was a 30 second tease of Mandalorians being on the planet.

“My intention was to lessen the panic that I could see coming,” Drew explained over a video stream he’d published to Twitter on Saturday night. “I was trying to get people to measure their emotional response to the other numbers we were seeing,”

It’s interesting ya know, so on one hand alledgedly we aren’t supposed to consume milk and it’s horrible for us, then on the other it was so beneficial those who could consume milk survived longer and had more babies to pass on their milk consuming genes to later populations so they too could consume that horrible

Gave that some thought did ya?

We didn’t train our gut.

If only the article had addressed those questions...

You’d end up paying more for the freezer space and electricity to run it than the milk is worth.

I dunno about you, but if one of them is required to quarantine, I’d rather they just go home and get in the RV when that happens. Running around to secure the RV and all the potential encounters that might entail seems like a risk we could minimize by just allowing them to have it in place.

I think it was reasonable for the HOA to post a notice originally, but their response is a little... ignorant.

It’s a fucking pandemic. I think these count as extenuating fucking circumstances.

This list reminds me that I sometimes feel like the only person to ever visit AV Club that doesn't absolutely love Wet Hot American Summer. I just don't get it. Maybe it's because I saw it for the first time recently and missed my opportunity.

Notable Omissions:

Forgetting Sarah Marshall and Tropic Thunder. Come on! If we're all about deconstructing clichés, how can Thunder not be listed.

I'd call Sarah Marshall an oversight. I know it's all subjective and shit, but…

Deeply flawed.
Obvious Child was okay but extremely cliche and forgettable. It wouldn't even crack my top 100. Knocked Up is terrible. School of Rock… what even?? Finally, Wet Hot American Summer is absolutely not better than at least 30 of the films on this list.
