I’m noticing more and more that they have 45 identical versions of a thing in the top 50 results with from brands that are indistinguishable like “keokee” “zyliss” and “geedel” - like they were the only letter combinations remaining that had not been taken, or they were phonetic translations of chinese words.

Don’t put added value in Superhost status, it just means they have 80%+ 5 star reviews (they tweak the metric frequently, but that’s most of it). It is no more or less likely to be a scam than a host with the same number of reviews who doesn’t have superhost status.

Honestly - the biggest differentiator was how long ago it was made. When it comes off fresh, it’s exceptional, but the same is true of almost every ingredient.
