Round of applause for weak ass troll of the day

Now playing

A shelter in Canada made a commercial imitating used car commercials and it’s hilarious:

Also I am not so sure if a human life is worth ANY amount of puppies. You’ll be hard pressed to find a more perfect example of pure, undistilled GOOD in the world, than a wonderful loving dog. They truly are wonderful remarkable animals and deserve to be treated well.

There are strong arguments that people shouldn’t breed dogs, period. Her standards may be high, and I understand that it would result in no longer having show dogs, but there is a massive overabundance of dogs who need homes. They will be euthanized if they don’t find those homes. I would encourage breeders to think

Pence misuse of funds the other day with his whole NFL walk-out Is Grounds to ThRow THe Baby Out With The bath Water

I agree, but I’m also hopeful that whatever sinks Trump’s ship will take Pence’s down with it.

Also: Anyone who thinks we don’t already have President Pence is kidding themselves. He may not have the title, but everything he wants done is getting done. We need to get rid of the talking circus peanut so we can stop obsessing about tantrums destroying the world.

Worried that this might all blow up (literally and figuratively) in our faces?

It might make nice back-up plan for certain wealthy states to cobble together the money to subsidize their own patients. This could be fruitful for two reasons: 1) It will be a nasty one in the eye for Trump, and his “screw the Blue States plan,” and serve as a kind of warning shot across the bow of the Republicans

And remember, this is an Act that was partially strangled at birth by GOP amendments and then repeatedly challenged for most of the following decade. Yeah, it’s a fragile one all right.

Yet Clinton won the popular vote by over 2 million so...the Electoral College failed in their job to not elect a tyrant as President. Out of 25 candidates running (17 GOP, 6 Dems, 2 other), the absolute worst one of the bunch was elected:

Because the GOP only cares about people’s lives when the’re fetuses. You have to frame it in terms conservatives will understand. They won’t give a shit that this will cost thousands of lives. They might care that it will fuck the economy.

My favorite, which I heard so many times my head nearly exploded, was people saying they know Hillary’s voting record (she and Bernie voted the same way well over 90% of the time), and history of public service are solidly progressive, but there’s just “something” about her that makes me unable to vote for her. I

She didn’t really run a moderate campaign; she ran a decidedly progressive and liberal campaign, particularly on social issues.

I’m less mad by the people who didn’t vote (overall turnout was actually decent) than I am pissed at the fairweather Democrats who helped deliver third parties the largest margins they saw since the 90's...’cause her emails. Fuck all the Bernie Bros. who went out and voted for that Russian bot, Jill Stein, and that

Once upon a time young college student Kris embarked on a 6 hour train ride to visit a friend. I packed an awesome tuna sandwich (imported tuna, arugula, fancy bread, etc. ). As I’m settling into my seat, I catch sight of the person next to me and see that it’s an extremely hot guy. Because I was just the sort of

Tornado’s advice is really good. I’m fat and wanted to start running, and it was so painful. I developed shin splints and plantar fasciitis and gave up. A couple years later I decided to try it again, and a combo of very slow running (just faster than walking pace at first) and shoes that mimicked barefoot running

I started with light barefoot runners outside, very form focused slow running, concentrated on ball of the foot landing first. I couldn’t have done it on the treadmill, with those super light shoes you want to start feeling the ground. After about a year my lower legs were much stronger (I am scrawny) and defined. Now
