Nuh-uh, never ever gonna happen...
Nuh-uh, never ever gonna happen...
YES! I even had a moment last night in bed (of course), where I briefly thought of this and went... Alan something...? No...that doesn’t sound right?
Thanks, that’d be great, I’m starting up a collection of my favourites for my kids when they’re old enough, so fingers crossed :)
Ha, no, that’s not it, but it looks like there’s some similar action. These books had more of a British Susan Cooper vibe...
Future first “team” winners of the Darwin awards...
Insert all the “NOPE” gifs ever created!!
The generally accepted “catch-all” term is Indigenous peoples, but from the government`s perspective they’re split into First Nations, Inuit and Métis (and from there further split by nation/band, as per I’d eat a spider below).
Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada (INAC) (it covers First Nations, Inuit and Métis, hence “Indigenous” as the catch-all)
The child lives in a remote northern First Nations community. The governemnt of Canada (still) has an appalling record of providing family and health care services to First Nations and Inuit communities. I’m not holding my breath for this kid unfortunately...
No, he said hysteria is a “neutral” quality.
Ah, I wasn’t sure what the issue was... I have astigmatism too, and even with my reading glasses on under the 3D glasses everything looked wonky. The Force Awakens made me nauseous...
Yup. I’m on that train. A four year old and a surprise bun-in-the-oven at 42... omigodwhathaveIgottenmyselfinto...
I have similar pictures of blond harmolecule (almost entirely naturally bleached). I miss the streaks but refuse to pay for them!
Oh wow, it’s so dated ;p I love it, thanks for finding the link!! (also this is dangerous, I have actual work I need to finish today...)
Oh the 90s (at least, that’s when I used the dark tanning oil). Thankfully I don’t appear to have used it enough to cause long term damage - your skin must be like leather ;)
I got grief from my pharmacy when I wanted to refill my Synthroid prescription a few weeks early because I was going on holiday overseas and wanted to be sure I didn’t run out or lose my pills.
Gasp! Say no to harm reduction you heathen pinko commie!
Not for initial application though, they’re not actually great for full coverage, since you have to use a lot and rub it in well anyway, creams are better for money spent...
They’re a bit of a waste of money though because a lot of the spray goes up in... well spray, and blows away. You’ll still get the best coverage for kids with creams - zinc oxide barrier creams best for wee ones...
Honestly even though they can be a pain to put on because they’re thick and hard to rub off, zinc oxide based creams (in the 15-20% range) are your best bet, they’re a physcial barrier and proven gentle on baby skin (hello diaper rash cream). I love the Badger series because they smell great too, and if you rub it in…
