Don’t forget Eminem . . .

It’s the dogs left outside without their human companion that I am concerned about. People who leave their dog outside, without adequate shelter in weather too hot or too cold, are suspect to me. My dog loved to play in the snow, but she would go to the door when she got cold, and we would go back inside where I

My first Moderna shot on March 5 left me with a sore arm for a little more than a week and a headache the day after the shot. My second shot was yesterday and again with the sore arm, but last night I woke with every joint in my body on fire and crazy chills. It took a while to work up the ability to get out of bed

This is why I always look for your byline. Your creativity is boundless and always gives me something new and interesting to try. Thank you

The woman was in her car when the mom hit the back of it. They could have just driven away. Prior to that, she could have just ignored them after her husband put her into the car, but she chose to lower her window and make condescending and patronizing remarks to them. The fault is not with the mom and her daughter.

Bring zip-loc sammich bags for the remote so you can use it without worrying about what might be on it.

Language is fluid, and with each new generation, there are shifts, both subtle and those more readily apparent. This year has been difficult for me, because in addition to the shifting from “fewer” to “less” becoming more blatant, regardless of appropriateness, I have noticed a shift from “all of a sudden” to “all the

When civilization collapses and computers no longer function, the analog clock will once again become a practical and useful tool. Those who know how to use it will have an advantage (however slight) over those who don’t. The way things are going, with the lack of “belief” in science, this time may come sooner than

Sometimes I chop pitted cherries and mix them into the batter, along with some dark chocolate chips. It affects the cooking time, but makes an interesting result.

I am fortunate to have been a member of a credit union for over 20 years and have not had any issues with unreasonable fees. On the rare occasion when I miscalculated, they just moved money from my savings account to cover the purchase, and I was charged about $10, which was reasonable, imo. They don’t work against

Saw it as a child when my folks packed us up to go to a drive-in theater (yes, I Am an Older). It was a double feature with Omega Man, and I was too young for either film. Fantastic Planet gave me graphically vivid and disturbing dreams for weeks after I saw it. Omega Man pretty much went over my wee head and only

He’s such a chameleon.  I had no idea the evil Dr Percy was in all those films.  Even watching the clips in the interview, I had trouble reconciling all those characters with the man being interviewed.  Such talent.  I still hate Dr. Percy, though.

Probably depends on the type of complex, the neighborhood, and other variables. Nicer places probably want more stable tenants.  I know some people who have rental houses, and they all say they want nothing more than to have one family for as long as possible.

Rents are increased to encourage tenants to move - at least in apartments. The landlords don’t want long term tenants, they just want a steady turnaround that allows rents to continually move upward with as little effort on their part as possible. You get a long term tenant, and they will tend to be more aware of
