My old boss did this and I hated it, mostly because it was such a waste of both of our time. He'd spend two hours telling me what to type into a Word document I could have prepared in 20 minutes, then complain about how busy he was.

Right, I'm on top of a hill. The only thing I'm super concerned about is the giant tree in the back of our yard - if it fell over it could do some serious damage.
Checking in from Philly. I have a lot of canned soup, bottled water, flashlights, etc. One of the emergency shelters is just a couple blocks from my house. I have never been in a hurricane path before and am interested/apprehensive to see if it is as bad as they say it will be. I hope everyone is staying safe and…
Yes, thank you! If anyone reading this is interested in escorting, please contact your local clinic - they are always happy to have people help out.
Why did he bring a knife to the clinic protest? What did he expect to happen?
Yep. Of the four dog attacks I've heard of (two to my family's dogs, two to one of my friend's)...all four were pit bulls. I know people who have raised wonderful pit bulls, so it obviously can be done, but I feel like they're a small minority of pit bull owners. I always try to avoid them.
Ha! I've blamed "sketchy all-you-can-eat sushi" once or twice for hangovers.
I agree with you, and I wholeheartedly support your Back to the Future example.
If it's not too late, I would love to join! I just moved here for law school (it sounds like we're a litigious bunch!) and would love to meet people who aren't in my class. Center City would be easiest for me but I can go anywhere public transit will take me :)
That sounds terrifying. I am so sorry that happened to you. For you to have gotten this far in the process - the police, the line ups, the court visits - must have required incredible strength and willpower.
I already took it, thank god, but know this: law schools like to say that they average your LSAT scores, or discourage you from taking it more than once, but that really isn't true - they're happy to accept the best out of multiple scores. You'll do great, but if you're unhappy with your score, you CAN take it again,…
Oh yes. I stopped reading right thurr.

By far the weirdest thing I ate during my semester in Beijing was a bag of blueberry potato chips. They tasted exactly like eating blueberries and potato chips at the same time. It was kind of perturbing.
...I TOTALLY SEE IT.
Yep, I put in a couple years working as a paralegal in my desired market before moving out here, and enjoyed it quite a bit. Thank you for the advice - I will make every effort to network at home.
I started law school about a month ago and I'm already freaking out about it. I've been following the controversy over the state of the job market for new grads very closely and chose my school solely on the strength of its employment statistics, but everywhere I turn I'm constantly hearing about how the market is…
What a cutie! I hope he has a speedy recovery.
Yes! Vaughn can be one of those small TV towns with an improbably high number of murders.
It won't hurt you. If you get super shithoused the cold will put additional strain on your body's recovery, but a couple glasses with dinner is fine.
