Are you currently seeing a therapist, or considering it? I dealt with some anxiety issues when I was college-age, and after a certain point I just realized there wasn't any more my (well-meaning and sweet) friends could do to help me. Counseling was a great decision.

Awesome, thank you! Both the gyms I'm looking at are specifically MMA gyms that offer classes in different fighting styles (boxing, muay thai, Brazilian Jiujitsu, wrestling, etc.), not general fitness gyms. I will go check out some free classes!

Should the roach powder be inside the house or outside? We live in a pretty old house, so I don't know that we'd be able to effectively seal off all the cracks and etc. to outside the house. We don't have any pets or small children to worry about.

In this situation, yes. It sounds like they were singled out for unfair treatment, assuming the allegations are true. Workplace discrimination isn't a zero-sum game.

I am paying over $150k to attend law school (a top 10). That kind of debt is only manageable on a biglaw salary. The hours are awful and I expect to hate it, but hopefully I'll be able to work through it for a few years, settle down in-house, and have no debt so I can buy a house or have a kid.
