The worst is when gadget writers use adjectives normally used for food, to describe gadgets. I assure you, the new iWhatever is NOT delicious.

maybe not to that level, though, they should make a PC game like this, I'd buy it. The last "Sim" I played on my PC was X-wing, so I may be behind the times a little as far as complexity goes lol.

NYC, Boston and Philadelphia were not tiny villages during this time. The real New York of 1776 was much larger, if recreated in full scale, than the scaled down versions of cities we've seen thus far.

I love this series. I was a little dissapointed with the last book, I just got the impression that the story was losing steam. Hopefully changing to the America's gives Novik a chance to open things up some more, and lose the restraints of the Napoleonic wars and trying to stay kind of close to real history.

No, this would not work on just a controller, its too complex. Basically, this is taking a PC level of total simulation and bringing it to a console. If not the connect, it "needs" a big ass controller like the old Xbox game. It really should just have USB keyboard support, and let us play it that way, but that

I don't think people will forget wow anytime soon. For better or worse, it is becoming fairly ingrained into pop culture. I'm not really into tattoo's, but something tells me this guy won't regret this one. Besides, it IS a pretty cool picture, wow or no, tattoo or no.

I don't see how this is any different than hooking up a PC to the TV. Not trying to troll, just confused about what exactly we are talking about here with the whole Valve PC thing.

Couldn't you do that with a PC already?

To be expected? Maybe I'm missing something but a new Forza this year would fall squarely in the unexpected category. Hopefully its a NFS style branch off or something and not an indication that the real Forza has gone annual.

so, does this run like an app over my Win 7, or is it going to be prohibitively difficult to try it out for a few days then go back t

Back when we were texting on phone dialpads, I had no problem with texting shorthand. I still typed in normal English, but damn it was a PITA. Now that most of us are using a full keyboard, either on screen or physical, there is really o excuse for crappy text shorthand and purposely misspelled words just to save

well when the "penalty" over over reaction is so small, ie disrupted classes, and the penalty for under reaction is so large, ie dead children, which way do you suppose they are going to lean?

don't bother, unless you just enjoy expounding on the obvious.

I think this sounds, at the very least, interesting. I loved all the AC games, though I haven't had a chance to play revelations yet. Part of the reason I haven't played it yet is I don't want to pay more than $30 because I'm getting kind of bored with Ezio. I'm ready for this series to move on. Change is good.

Depends on what you mean by just fine, but I agree, I think $150-200 USD card will play most games out on high settings at 1080p resolutions with 60fps.

If you are playing on a 1080p monitor, that should be more than enough for some time. I'm currently running a 6870 which is a little behind the 560ti, and I see no reason to upgrade anytime in 2012.

Lol, he actually said that? Haha, what a dumbass!

Yes, it would be nice if the Vatican got someone a little more in touch to run their twitter, so a little mockery is surely in order. The entire first paragraph is just trash though.

If I had HBO on cable, I wouldn't need HBO GO on my Xbox, I'd just TiVo Game of Thrones. Am I missing something?

It's a lot better than bro.
