I think that it is called ‘Blinded’. About 1/4" to 3/8" bacon grease in a small pan, add egg, let cook for about a minute, move egg to one side of the pan and CAREFULLY use the spatula to toss hot grease on top of the egg then remove immediately.

My feelings are the opposite of most here. Harley has lost my interest because they don’t make a bike that I care for anymore. A lot of the HD dealership employees are pretentious and condescending. Let the burger rest. Put some mayonnaise on the bun bottom. Set the burger directly on top. The mayo keeps the bottom of the bun from getting soggy so quickly, and will mix with the burger juices for a nice addition to the flavor. (If you like the taste of mayo, that is....).
