Neutral: not sure how the Lexus 12 pilot dealerships could make this work unless they have a monopoly on a geographical area already. Otherwise the other Lexus dealers would just match or beat the price if the customer was an informed one. I'd be interested to hear from a non-price fix Lexus sales person about it.

Update: the climate control system needs to be replaced at 13k. It cools great but once it reaches the desired temp it starts to close the ventilation until only eventually nothing comes out while it gets warmer. Blower continues to blow, in fact gets stronger, but nothing comes out.
