Yeah one of the best gifts I got was a cardboard box filled with food. Not just snack food either, yeah there were yummy crackers and peanut butter and nuts, but then those ready-to-heat packets of soup and rice and stuff too, pasta and sauce etc. Lived off that for a couple weeks. Great idea!

Don’t know if this would help you but I used to get them several times a year too. Haven’t had one since I started taking this supplement. I use it after sex as a preventative measure, but you could take one preventatively every few days maybe.  It tastes good too.
