I think the recycling went the other direction, as that episode aired a year or two before TAWP came out.

The best part of Napoleon is that Joaquin didn’t even bother with an accent. Most films would have given him an English or French accent. An English accent wouldn’t make sense since Napoleon wasn’t English and a French accent would have made him sound like Pepe Le Pew.

No one can or should be expected to do that.
