Both.
Both.

Sometimes it is impossible to not be late, there could be a train accident shutting down the roads in the area but that's rare. Most of the time it's because of decisions we make. Just one more game of free cell, just one more email, just let me check my Facebook page one more time. I know I'm late places more now…
"(I don't leave vms on the first unanswered call - maybe after the third or fourth, spread out over the course of the day)." The other side of that coin is if you call multiple times without leaving a message I guarantee I don't answer your calls for at least the rest of the day. Don't be rude and expect people to…
I don't know @forevermac but I'm willing to bet that he is one of those people who actually shows up places when he says he will. The cell phone has become a crutch that we all use as an excuse to be rude and show up late.

Gee a Real Estate agent cheating on taxes, who would have thought. The deductibility of a service dog is very specifically for actual guard dogs (e.g. a junk yard dog) or service animals (seeing eye dogs etc) and not for pets.
Your commute is non-deductible. Travel from your office to a clients is deductible.
The rules are different for Employees vs Contractors for the home office rules.
The Supreme Court of the United States disagrees with Aaron Russo.
"check out TurboTax's software for more info" That's funny. Turbo Tax is only as smart as the person using it e.g. if you don't know the law it'll let you do whatever you want.
What about that being completely and utterly false?
Here's the real problem.
I'd also like a way to keep from seeing "Follow us on Twitter" and & "Follow us on Facebook" posts in my RSS feed all the time. Personally I don't need to be informed via RSS and Twitter AND Facebook about every post to the site.
