Total contrarian view.

I guess I’m going to be the contrarian here. Something will eventually need to be done about China demanding an unequal playing field, especially with regard to intellectual property rights.

But the price for those (now domestic) goods goes up, because they’re still more expensive to produce here. Since the manufacturing capacity doesn’t already exist here, demand outstrips supply, and the prices climb even more. Money doesn’t grow on trees, so people can afford less goods and the standard of living…

Disagree. That’s a stately, unique, simply-sweet rear end.

Honestly I disagree, I see a common design that echo the fronts with vertical upright lights and a horizontal chrome cross piece that ties it together. Sure it’s minimalist but I think it looks clean and they look much better at night.

I think these look like a proper luxury car from the rear.

I’ll take Caddy’s rear designs over some of the over-styled crap we see from other manufacturers.

The Escalade has a fantastic rear.

Then I won’t tell you about the one I own that looks 100% stock but has a supercharged Integra engine in it. I wouldn’t want to upset you further.

be confident in yourself. If you want the turismo, just buy it. Youre clearly in the 98-99% percentile of income anyway if you can even think to buy that car - so life is probably treated you fairly well. Buy the porsche and be happy with it.

YES! This car is good looking. Makes a VW Golf look like a lawn gnome.

I like it. It’s got a bit of a Focus/Fusion/large-mouth bass feel to it, but it’s not overdone.
