Very true!

Well, it's pretty obvious who the real innovators are in the world, from an engineer standpoint. Now, I'm not saying other countries can't innovate or don't build cool shit, but China has been doing some crazy awesome stuff lately. And Dubai has as well.

Dude, I'm laughing my ass off here. Well done!

Yeah, me too. I was in 6th grade when this came out.

PSN is very wonky right now ... Having issues staying connected and downloading games/updates.

Love it!

Thanks, President Bush.

That was pretty spot on.

155s in the Pech Valley.

Drones don't fly 24/7 ... when one goes down for maintenance or other issues, you still need a weapon to provide fires in support of combat operations. Mortars and artillery are perfect indirect fire "all weather" weapon systems. You can shoot them in any type of weather with relative accuracy, and they offer great

Thanks man, really appreciate it. This is gonna sound like a shameless plug, but would you be willing to check out an app I created that's about to be released for the iPad? I made it specifically for the military and would love to get your input from a civilian's perspective. It's really geared towards

Exactly. This becomes a bigger deal with 60mm mortars since you can engage targets in hand-held mode using "iron sights" ... but you hit the nail on the head. Increasing accuracy and decreasing the amount of time it takes to effectively engage targets is what it's all about.

As an Artilleryman who's worked around 60s, 81s, and 120mm mortar systems, this is a really a big deal. Especially for the 60mm mortars.

Does this guy know about ANYTHING that's going on? Geez.

Completely agree.

GEN Alexander, is that you?

Hideous.

Deal!

Yo Reggie, swing by Fayetteville, NC. Beers are on me!

As a current U.S. Army soldier ... fuck no. This reminds of the stupid-ass DAPS shit they came out with circa 2006. Maybe I'll like it once I get to try it out, but I'm just not impressed. Sorry.
