That flashback. Holy shit. None of that worked. What year was that supposed to be? It could've been anywhere from 1995 (I spotted a long floral skirt) to 2005 (Linda's debacle of a wig, which was about twenty times worse than the worst early '00s hair). Anyone?

Same—but how many people have used that commune vibrator?

Yesss. I posted this too, before seeing your comment. THANK you.

This. I also feel like a feminist professor wouldn't use the word "seminal" in a talk about Simone de Beauvoir.

"And Uncle Carl made me his slave!" I love Chuckie.

Fuck yes, Michael Imperioli. He was incredible as Christopher. (And yes, Noel Fisher is awesome.)

Robbie looks like Clarissa's younger brother as an adult. No thanks.

Yeah, hasn't that been his whole thing from the get-go? His name used to be Steve, for fuck's sake.

I cannot believe that Jimmy-Steve wouldn't offer to clean up the kitchen himself after Monica's suicide attempt. I realize we'd lose the metaphor about Fiona perpetually cleaning up her parents' messes, but if there were ever a time for him to step up in a meaningful way (i.e., not just buying the Gallaghers a dryer),

Daya does have some beef with a certain former CO, so it made sense to me.

Yeah, I was surprised when I saw that it was Daya who grabbed the gun, but then she immediately said something along the lines of "You COs are all pieces of shit," and it came together pretty quickly. Bennett seems like forever ago.

Hey, anytime.

Instead of "busty Joan." …are you OK?

"Joan" would've sufficed.

He's hilarious, but he's at his best when interacting with Jian-Yang. Come back, Jian-Yang. Come back.

I don't think it's been mentioned yet, but I've noticed Megan Amram as a co-producer/writer this season. She's hilarious, and she did great work in the same capacity on Parks and Rec (she eventually became a story editor and was super involved with that show by the end of its run). But I'm with everyone who thinks

At this point, I only want to watch Jian-Yang and Erlich interact.

He has—T.J. Miller's pronunciation is perfect and also hilarious.

At the beginning of this episode, isn't Tony in his house sealing up someplace where cold air is getting in, and he says something to Carmela like "I'm fixing a leak"? He's been doing a lot of that lately. Adriana was an actual information leak. Tony B. was an unpredictable weak spot.
