I agree that there is a double standard when it comes to how men and women are depicted but these pictures have completely different contexts - Justin's on the cover of a magazine and Madonna's in an ad for luxury goods/clothing. Justin is supposed to be Justin, Madonna is supposed to be some fabulous fictionalized…
