Even more incredible—it almost came right flat out and stated that Billy Corgan is talented!

You know, when everything becomes "iconic", then nothing will be iconic.

"It’s obvious Oates has always been in his element as a storyteller…"

Oops—I guess I associated "Jacko" with the name of a white Australian rules football player, made famous in the US by a battery commercial. (And with the tabloid nickname for Mr. Jackson which I didn't realize was racist due to me cursed ethnocentrism.)

Would they prefer being known as the "Wacko Jacko Pack"?

Did Nathan get a reviewer copy (I hope)?

Back in the 1980's, when he was an national, overnight radio host, I remember Larry King interviewing Barris for probably two or three hours, and he was fascinating.

My bad. The article cited "Florida’s ballots during the 2000 election, which confused countless voters and undoubtedly had a huge impact on the results." The state did not create the Palm Beach County ballots.

And Palm Beach is but one of 67 counties in Florida. The implication that, for that election, every ballot in Florida was identical, is incorrect.

Except each Florida county had a different, unique ballot, so…

Shit.

Is it possible for the AV Club to write a headline that is not a question?

I expect the AV Club to give this production Ghostbusters-esque coverage. Hopefully they have correspondents out there to let us know if Goldie and Kurt have cameos—and if a bust of the late Roddy McDowell makes an appearance.

Just think—if not for this criminal accusation, the AV Club would refer to him as "iconic actor Danny Masterson".

It's a shame Penelope Ann Miller and Mary Stuart Masterson never got into some sort of "classic Hollywood"-style feud with each other. We need more biopics about the Brat Pack era.

Snarkity, snarkity, snark!

Filmed in California

For what it's worth—and I don't expect Rick Scott to ever acknowledge this—"Moonlight" is also one of the most vivid and authentic depictions of Florida ever captured on film. (I'm not trying to be sarcastic here.)

Yeah, but that speech he did for Black History Month—in a few years, it will endure as a classic example of cringeworthy, tonedeaf political speech. Sort of like when Nixon called the Bohemian Grove the "faggiest goddamn thing you ever could imagine."

Somewhere, right now, Bill Maher is wiping his brow in relief.
