If the series gets cut off before A-1 Pictures finishes the job, my experience with the game tells me that A-2 Pictures will be allowed to pick things up right where the story left off.

Looking at the report, what’s still unbelievable to me is the number of restaurants Subway has: 20,576. For every McDonalds (13,667) and every Domino’s (6,618), there is a Subway...plus another 300 or so locations.

FF7R ...just doesn’t count? I like it more than the comparable portions of FF7, and it does a considerably better job of world building. That being said, I’d much prefer if it had a turn-based / ATB combat mechanic to go with all the pretty graphics.

That is probably the one I was thinking of. Weird that they did it for some of their CBS All Access / Paramount+ shows, but not for others. (Of the two Star Trek shows, I don’t think Discovery was the one with the larger tune-in potential...)

As such, CBS’ other autumn strategy will be to air Paramount+ originals that have already gone up on streaming, including one that “won’t surprise you because it may have been on CBS before.” (That indicates either Evil or SEAL Team, both of which got bumped from broadcast to streaming.)
