Oooo, is it evil week already? That’s the only time this article would be appropriate. I mean, I agree that the wi-fi prices on planes are high, but they’re able to offer the service because people pay for it. You’re basically scamming them out of money for providing a service that people complained didn’t exist.

Yeah I don't get it they got it right with Saturn no pressure, you picked the model, color and options if it was on the lot great, if it wasn't they'd check other dealerships, if they didn't have one they'd build it for you, if you couldn't wait then they'd find you something close to your requirements.
Everything you just described happened at the Saturn dealer in the early 90s except the wifi of course. GM knows how to do this.
