I love how failures of fathers make us the ones who are worse people for their mistakes. If you didn’t notice, this isn’t 4chan, so just scuttle off back under your filthy stone why don’t you.

I have literally no clue what the fuck you are saying here 🤣

You know what? I’ve had just about enough of this nonsense and have better things to do (including watching tv shows I like). I can honestly conversing with you has been one of the biggest wastes of time I’ve ever had on the Internet. By all means, take your victim complex to someone who can stomach it.

You’re just to hung up on trying to convince people that the live action show was just as good as the anime and react negatively when people don’t agree with you.

I’d say I’m sorry that you feel I wasted your time, but with that attitude, I don’t think I am — because you still think I should be happy consuming media I

I called it Cowboy Bebop LA because it’s in Live Action. Would you have preferred Cowboy Bebop (2021)? Your agonized reactions to abbreviations show that you are “a moron.” Or possibly “a literal child.”

Oh so YOU’RE a negative weeb. Gotcha. Now the selective reading makes sense.

... you mean like what happens in live action Bebop when Gren was written as the token “gay friend” and gets the shit kicked out of her, Julia gets written as the “damsel in distress,” then gets beaten and emotionally battered for ten episodes, or when Anna got written as a blaxploitation stereotype and also gets

Okay, but you do understand that movies and shows like The Godfather, Breaking Bad, Mad Men, The Dark Knight, etcetera, are almost universally loved for very tangible reasons, right?

The anime is GOATed by countless people. It’s okay not to love it as much as I do, but if you can’t understand the technical artistic reasons why people feel that way, then you shouldn’t be judging it or the live action show either in terms of quality.

That you’re even asking that question is bizarre. That you don’t realize it’s bizarre is worrying. That you’re inferring what you’re inferring is even more concerning.

You’re really just proving my point here. “NO U” is not a rational response.

Your journey in this case is to a complete, fully functional product. You’re putting a pretty face on spending money on something that is buggy, lacking in many features and you have no real idea when any of those things will be resolved.

[jerkoff motions]

I’m glad this is the top comment because it has all the classic trademarks of a closet bigot:

It’s at times like these that I am reminded of how Daniel Tosh took time out of an episode of his show to blast Shane Gillis for whining about cancel culture. A fucking dedicated shock comic whose comedy persona is based around being a narcissistic sociopath is able to get that comedy has to evolve.

“You disagree with him, he disagrees with you.” Except that he supports the absence of civil rights for people that offend him by simply existing.

There are people who would like to see friends of mine dead and Chappelle has declared he stands with them.

If you have an opposite view you are just as welcome to give citation. But there are in fact quite a few citations I can give. I’ll give you 4, one tangential, one specific, one anecdotal, and one very direct, in that order. Do with the information as you please. To be clear I am not condoning piracy, an industry

I wouldn’t put Lenny Bruce and Bill Hicks in the same category. Bruce was actually arrested for obscenity, several times; he had undercover cops camping out at his shows. He literally was persecuted. Hicks, on the other hand, although he absolutely loved playing the part of the outlaw, didn’t suffer anywhere near that

Late-period Lenny Bruce was kind of persecuted though... like, he was literally arrested for saying things on stage.
