I did and do. Though, it didn’t make much sense, because it’s my livelihood, too, and AI art is not actually making my livelihood worse (quite the contrary, AI art has been very profitable for me; I got a promotion because of the utilities I built).

Hogwarts Legacy 2, you myopic fucking knob.
When people support JK Rowling, my trans friends feel like that person doesn’t care whether or not they live or die (based on the things Rowling has said about them). When someone their close to (me) tries to justify “only 87 cents” to a transphobe - for SOME reason - that’s not really a comfort to them. Instead, it’s…
The hilarious thing about you clowns is that you think anyone cares. Like... you don’t have to justify yourself to strangers on the internet. Just think of the people in your life that would be hurt by your actions, and justify yourself to them. Tell your trans friends that you want to play a game so much that their…
I don’t care what you think you’re trying to do.
I don’t care who you think is petty.
I don’t care what you think is happy.
You seem to have mistaken a hobbyist outlet for a news outlet. They don’t do “journalism” here, they do “reporting”. They let everyone KNOW about relevant interests, with just enough detail to refer interested parties to actual news outlets that did the leg work.
My favorite trivia about this is that AI isn’t bad at hands because they’re hard; AI is bad at hands because we taught them to be.
Definitely understand Kickstarter’s policy here; it’s not really thoughtful, but companies should ALWAYS err on the side that they can understand respects humans. I don’t blame them, in any way, for not wanting to get into the nitty gritty on this. They would be adding addendums and caveats until they were blue in the…
AI art relies entirely on the theft of pre existing art and is used to avoid paying human artist for their labor.
I don’t care what quote you want to show me.
Acknowledge my middle finger.
The second you realized you and I were talking about two different things and you decided that you weren’t going to acknowledge that misunderstanding and, instead, snipe about ‘logical fallacies’, you stopped being someone who was engaging with me. And, as such, I stopped engaging with you. I’m quite happy to troll…

I’ll do as I please. die mad about it.
I don’t care what quote you want to show me.
Ah, right, “Stop having an opinion about things I don’t like.” Cool take, brother! Mega groovy.
I literally use several, every single day. Trained by myself, with datasets that I either obtained through public domain, or through purchasing. The AI image generator is not “ripping off” me, the human artist. It is learning from me, and then using what it learned to interpolate between the ideas that I sketch out.
Why... would IP infringment be “essential”?
