I just think Chidi’s character is one long running joke about a certain type of academic/intellectual and how they’ve elevated their indecisiveness and over-thinking to such a level that they’re not just useless, they qualify as evil.

Can I just add that you know how brilliant the casting of this show is, when you can take an ensemble that has had two years to gel together, and then add a ball of enthusiasm like Simone into the show, and it instantly clicks. Whoever is doing the casting on this show should be doing the casting on every show.

That’s the one with Lainey, yes? I like her and Lainey Gossip too. I also think it was amazingly prescient of them to not have a comment section on there. The irony is strong in this comment. 

It came back last week, I think, and I’m tremendously excited. I don’t have a newsstand on my commute anymore since I switched jobs, so this is my sole source of tabloid gossip again.

Is Midweek Madness back?! Is this the first one or am I out of touch? I am so excited. I look at covers of tabloids at the store and sigh, because I don’t want to read them, but I want to read someone making fun of them.
