Is Andrea Huffington supplying busses, and Oprah supplying flights for those of us not lucky enough to be close? John Stewart fans shouldn't get all the good free stuff.

@Sidetalker: Either way, it was a gong show :-) The closest me and my friends have come to this is the time someone managed to knock a gas BBQ piled with steaks, off the side of a deck, and the deck had railing installed.

@raincoaster: Wouldn't surprise me. Canadians BBQ in -25° C, so it wouldn't be a stretch to deep fry a turkey on a cool fall day, or for that matter do the same down south in warm weather. The drunks from #1 were probably from Saskatchewan or were Newfies with their heads done in by Screech.

Those went from staged to clueless. The guy who was burning down his bar didn't seem concerned and some idiot thought a broom might help.

@Arcane: Agreed. For the other team though "best" might be appropriate depending on one's tastes...cucumber?

@HK-47: I could make a game of it called Avoid the Silly String. I don't think I'd enjoy it that much though.

The best money shot yet.

@Cojo21: Betamax for that matter. I have tons of music and music in separate formats that I paid for legitimately. That's why I'm not too bothered about the odd torrent download.

I'd love to get into some of these research labs. A form of e-paper existed in Xerox labs in the early 1970's, and IBM had a roll-up color display in the 80's. They just didn't know what to do with it for a variety of reasons.

I know that this is all about money, but this movie has already been sold without extra's, now a second time with extra's, and there is another run in the theaters planned. And then, There will be 3D versions sold, if there haven't already been.

Dragon Fucking is allowed? I guess Pandora doesn't need to distribute beasteality lists identifying local offenders.

Wow! The TSA just joined the cool crowd. Maybe instead of trying to be cool, they should spend their resources figuring out how to not piss off everyone. Their jobs are tough enough already, and I don't think a Twitter presence is going to make the masses more confident.

@Hairy Putter: I think it matters but I'm not going Veg. There's no way a bone on ribeye is leaving my diet. PETA is overboard. You are right though we are too far removed. I ignored what I knew was going on for years, but I now try to make better purchasing choices. I certainly don't think that every piece of

@Salacion: Probably is sick of the comments on it (all virtually the same), but I don't remember seeing it before.

@tucker augie'ben'doggy: Your avatar tricked me out there for a second. I'm thinking "the Gadget God" has spoken, but I've figured you out now :-0

@HK-47: After watching "Food Inc." I have switched to as much organic meat as possible, and make sure the animals are free range, and get the proper feed. Not the juiced up stuff.

I took a vacation with my wife last summer and we drove from London down to Tuscany. I was surprised at how many cities had this implemented. And people use them. I forget which city, but one payment scheme would keep charging you until your tally was €200, then you owned the bike.I saw a couple of bikes sawed in

@Jakooboo- Prolific Writer: I didn't know that but it makes sense, although I'm surprised there isn't a way around it. So in Afghanistan, the Taliban could theoretically blind a chopper with a powerful laser and take their time aiming an RPG at it?

It seems odd that a handheld laser could take out night vision. I would't want to be an Air Force helicopter pilot if all you're enemy needs to neutralize you is something you can get at a Dollar store.

@ohnoitsaspider: To be fair, in the border states almost all gardeners and maids are Mexican, and many are illegal. I do not support Arizona type laws, but it isn't a huge stretch, to assume the gardener might be illegal. Who knows maybe he just earned a green card.
