I had my first ballpark peanuts a few weeks ago and was shocked by how delicious they were. Also, I too was uncomfortable with the littering aspect, but they gave me the bag in the same sory of tray they served the hotdogs in, so I just put the shells in there and threw them out on my way out of the park. Problem

They look so much like a deep-fried hand in that header image they should probably call them chicken fingers, amirite?

I had one come off the stick when I was a kid and nearly choked so *shrug.*

Oh man I bet dipping a hashbrown with the jam one is great.

My older child was mad about the existence of licorice in general, took one small bite, and spit it out onto my clean countertop.

Nibs ranked too low here, I feel.

sometimes serving it directly into their mouths.

Has the McDonalds ice cream machine taught us nothing?

Huh there should be more frozen risottos.

I know most of The Takeout’s traffic must come from the US, but a gentle reminder that other countries that have McDonalds continue to have all day breakfast. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Man, we’re all just tired.

Well now I’m super curious about the maintenance costs of these, if that’s supposedly what’s behind the change. They’re never broken when I’m somewhere with them. Fountain soda costs pennies a glass, as far as I’m aware. How could making staff stand and wait the extra 15 seconds to fill the cup up be more efficient

Choco pies are more like a Moon Pie or a Wagon Wheel I think?

Wait, tell me more about this Captain Sabertooth.

Pike Place is essentially a farmers market, which, unless you’re staying somewhere with a kitchen is not all that useful to tourists, so I kind of get it.

A photo so nice I assumed it was a promo photo, Dennis!

These look . . . good?

Wait, coconut?

I have literally never thrown up more than the last time I ate grocery store sushi. YMMV.

Literally 20 years ago my Costco had a flavor-burst soft serve machine where you could get one of twenty flavors twisted into the vanilla soft serve. Bring those back!
