Bravo for the Alias deep cut.

I’ve found the key to zucchini noodles is to only make spagetti-shapped noodles and not to cook them at all. That way they retain a bit of crunch, and tossed in a hot sauce they warm through. And for the love of god don’t buy frozen ones, or pre-cut ones. That way lies madness.

Interesting that pork has also been the most widely and consistently available meat I’ve seen during the pandemic. I still haven’t seen ground beef.

I just want to crawl into this salad and pull a warm, bacon-fat covered watercress leaf over me right now. This is the distracting content we need right now.

Thanks Allison! I’ll give that a go.

Don’t forget the secret ingredient - a MAGNUM™ Ribbed condom.

Anyone have good tips for getting the leaves clean? The radishes I buy have the dirtiest, sandy-est leaves of anything I’ve ever bought and I’m not convinced I could actually get them clean enough to eat, and I’d really like to try this.

That Tom Holland video was the content I needed today. I mean I felt like a dirty old lady at the beginning, but still.

I opened my museum within a day. Is that . . . weird?

I don’t exactly know what to do with this information, but please take your star for having it ready at hand.

Right?!

Gotta say, today has started out rough. This might be the solution. Plus, cookies!

“If you are in a risky population here, and you are taking this as a preventative treatment ... it will kill you. I cannot stress enough. This will kill you.”

This looks amazing (love rhubarb!) and also makes me sad because my rhubarb supplier is my 90-year old nana who I cannot visit due to this mf pandemic. Some day I will make this as intended. In, like, 2025.

Could I get a line on the mac and cheese recipe you’re using/experimenting with? It looks amazing.

Allison, I really enjoy your writing and recipes but pickled honeydew salad is just - nope. Not even in these desperate times.

3 good-looking tomatoes, seeded and chopped

God help me I’ve added the ingredients to this week’s grocery list!
