I’ve worked at two very large hotels who both utilize Nothing Bundt Cakes for a large portion of their dessert orders. These places are fucking solid. The cakes are money and they sell like no ones business. Rovell is a musty jock strap.

We went to a truffle focused restaurant called Ad Hoc. They had an entire truffle-centric tasting menu. We didn’t splurge on it, but the other tasting menus we’re pretty fantastic as well.

Interesting, I thought everything else about the Vatican was great but the Sistine Chapel was a drag. Too many people and underwhelming, the art is definitely amazing, but maybe it’s one of those things people pump up too much and when you see it it’s hard for it to live up.
