No one has come remotely close to figuring out what we’re doing.

Or like The Interrupter:
What prevents this (either natural silk or the new synthetic material) from knotting up as it contracts?
RIP, Google Reader.
So, Wave is back?
This is a brilliant idea.
Congrats on your progress!!
Yeah, I don’t count the diet soda in my mixers :)
Congrats on the weight loss!
This is really encouraging! I’m doing pretty much the same thing: not as extreme as the paleo approach, but there’s a big focus on cutting sugars, bread, pasta, and processed foods as much as possible. We buy less food and more ingredients now when we go shopping. My wife is an excellent cook and I’ve started messing…
Awesome! I love hearing from other people who are having similar success. 35 lbs in 6 months is still a major accomplishment. I’ve had weeks where there’s no loss but also no gain. I still consider that a win. It means the new habits are sticking and I’m not going to bulk back up.
The first 20 fell off in a hurry. I’m 6'3" and started at 296 lbs. I’ve never been over 300 lbs and that was the closest I’ve gotten. It lit a fire under my ass.

I can vouch for this. 50 days in, 28 lbs down, and I don’t feel like I’m “punishing” myself or withholding too much. I’m also trying to be more active, but I think the biggest factor in play is portion adjustment. There are foods that I enjoy that are also not terrible for me. I just focus on those now. :)
For the last six weeks, I’ve made a conscious effort to eat better, which I’m defining as buying more fresh ingredients and less processed, prepared meals. I’m also avoiding white sugar, bleached flour, and most sources of carbohydrates.
Why aren’t there Quick Charge 2.0/3.0 versions of these yet?! I’d gladly pay extra.
