You’re kind of missing the point that the new rule specifically only applies to athletes that are 46XYDSD. If Semeya was not 46XY she would have no reason to fight this rule and the IAAF would have no right to lower her testosterone level.

This rule doesn’t apply to athletes who are confirmed biologically female and naturally produce more testosterone than other females. It only applies to athletes who are 46XY DSD

Trans women are not banned from competing by the IAAF as long as they have been on HRT for 2 years have legally changed their gender and have a Testoterone level of under 5
