The makeup gives her face an odd almost doll-like sheen to it. Very uncannny valley.

Just looking at various pictures of Sigourney Weaver in Alien, or even general settings, it does look like her eyes are somewhat vague half open - not squinting by any means, but not fully open - and kinda just staring off in the distance. Somewhat sultry eyes, like Lauren Bacall.
I think that’s what the cosplayer

watch out, there’s some guy/girl commenting about how it’s a privilege to get to volunteer as many people from around the world do it to enjoy the game... (completely disregarding, in their argument, the actual corruption and destructiveness of the cash flow to private companies and rich people)

Imagine how many golds Leonidas would’ve won if he used advanced science to borderline illegal dope himself up.

There will be a large settlement that will get little to no media attention.

The thing is, in other MMOs, you can’t just buy some of the best gear.

Those other MMOs, WoW, Wildstar, etc, don’t allow players to list the Best-In-Slot gear on the auction house. If that were the case, people would cry foul.

The difference between this and WoW/Rift/Wildstar is those games still had a gateway through content that had to be actually gotten in game. Vendor gear in those games is complete garbage, and the best items are BOP, followed by BOE items. Anything else is vendor trash.

BDO you can buy/sell basically anything, so you

If companies even bother to hire one, the community manager tends to be devalued and ignored, while the programmers start fires because they don’t understand the implications to the user base of what they are doing. It’s why I got out of that kind of work. It pays for shit and no one listens to you until there is some

I would say more like 95% PR Bullshit, 4.99% trying to be human and 0.01% useful information. The Niantic company is just one big cluster fuck at this point. How do you launch a game to millions of people and not have system in place to answer community questions in a somewhat speedy timeframe. Burying your head in

I challenge you to identify the 5%.

That mental image is perfect.

Agree 100%, but I’d rather have 5% truth than no communication at all, which is what we’ve had until now. You think they’d be able to hire someone to tweet once a day with all the money they have now.

Actually they probably didn’t (don’t?). The person who used to be the communications manager posted something a while back and people went out looking for the current one. They found someone with it listed in their LinkedIn but hadn’t posted in quite a while. When finally contacted, that person said they were more

That is like 80% PR bullshit, 15% trying to pretend to be human and likable, and 5% useful information but not really.

Truth, there is no simple answer.

I’m guessing it’s the trifecta

Are other people to blame for addiction? Is there a pecentage, like 10% personal issues, 30% parent’s fault, 5% company’s fault, etc.?

They only are now doing this because shit hit the fan and were put into the spotlight.

What happened to the Indigenous Cultures of North America is unforgivably terrible, especially because of how those cultures never recovered. Native American ‘reservations’ in the US exist without proper medical care, proper education, proper utilities, infrastructure, economic growth, etc.
And no one cares, because
