Why do they smell so bad?! Baking bread is supposed to smell good. It’s, like, a universal truth. Everyone loves the smell of baking bread. Somehow Subway manages to bake bread and the smell is nasty. I won’t eat there.
That smell, though. I once stopped at a gas station after driving 8 hours over night. It was 6 am. They had a fully-operating Subway inside, and a trucker was getting a meatball sub. It was all I could do to keep from vomiting on the register. I will never willingly go near a Subway.
Brooks generally does a pretty good job. I love my Adrenalines so hard, and they always have great color options.
