Thank you for mentioning Semisonic. I listen to "Feeling Strangely Fine" every autumn.

I think IV is thinking of "Midnight Run 2: Run Through The Jungle," though even that is pushing it as it was De Niro humming along to CCR covering Sinatra. So, really, in any case IV is wrong.

(Cue klaxon sound that caused me to copy the CD to my computer, edit "The Wanderer" to remove the jarring noise, and burn the new CD)

What Lies Beneath 2: Die Harder

Holy poop - just this past weekend I was thinking if someone was recording me without my permission I'd start singing something by Prince or Michael Jackson because of the outrageous licensing costs for the TV show (and thus, they could never air it). I wonder if this guy is a secret genius? If only he'd done more

If you had said "The Living Daylights" I would have agreed with you.

Boy, Spectre was a real gut-punch after the highs of Skyfall.

Listen, United Artists, you're just a bunch of money men! Trust in Cimino and his vision for Heaven's Gate and he'll make you millions, nay, billions!

In this context, I appreciate your use of "gag."

I've never had as bad whiplash as reading "The Colorado Kid" (itself based on a real case) and then watching the first episode of Haven.

Saw "Fatal Instinct" and "Congo" in the theater. The most bored I've ever been was "Beau Travail," though my brother and I at least got to laugh through the ending.

Helicopter rides!

Did this start with Escape from Butcher Bay? Because that was the first place I came across it.

I would buy a 15-disc special edition of Out of Sight. I love that movie so much.

The Community commentaries also make clear - through various subtle ways - just how awful Chevy Chase was to work with.

Pepsi shall rise again!

We really shook the pillars of Gotham, didn't we Robin?

No, you're right. Cliffhanger is great.

Still in my top favorite action movies of all time. If Die Hard didn't exist, maybe my #1. It has awesome action set-pieces and beautiful cinematography. Renny Harlin may be peddling dreck these days, but Cliffhanger was his masterpiece.
