I think I'm going to buy this AND do a piece of art for them. Love when people do fun things like this.

perfectly understandable, it happens.
""Basically, you're getting tickets, and the color shows the highest-possible quality of item youcould receive. It is not promising purple, only saying that purple is a potential from the item.""
Something I noticed is that they set up a false baseline of loot rarity in the early levels that no longer exists.
turn based and slow aren't directly linked, you can have a slow combat action games like the souls series and you can have fast turn based (a JRPG with timers for each character action, but time doesn't stop when a characters timer is up and it's their turn)
well mechanically you'd have unlocked the exact same skills, abilities, etc. you wouldn't have any less or any more in either system.
huh, ok genuine question here, if 50 quests got you to max level (20) does that seem like less of an accomplishment than doing those exact 50 quests, it still gets you to max level but now max level is 300?
not at all, it only sucks if you only get fun out of an arbitrary number constantly going up. you hit max level before you were even half way through one of the campaigns, it was just used as a way to gate off mechanics. you could just create a character at max level from scratch purely for PvP.
guild wars has stayed at a max of level 20 for 9 years, even with the two expansions its had.
that's because it just occurs naturally here in Dubai. she'd have a stunned confused look on her face if there was a moment in her day that wasn't happening.
Completely agreed, my only issue is that sure, this is an issue worth studying. she's just the last person who should be doing it. she already has the answer she wants in her head, she's gone into this issue already biased.
My issue is even if a study about women in gaming needs to be made, she's not the one that should be doing it.
I've got a vita myself, been gathering dust since I stopped playing Souls Sacrifice a year ago and honestly, there's nothing future release that looks like it'll bring my vita out of storage.
the issue I have with my vita is that yeah there are games but almost all of the ones worth getting are already available elsewhere. persona 4, child of light, dragons crown, blazblue, Disgaea 3 and 4, Muramasa, Rayman, Sly Cooper, Guacamelee.

even easier, you could make categories. (I made Single player, Multiplayer, MMO and hide) and then just minimize the categories you don't want to see anymore. done.
That's because Microsoft realizes that a big chunk of gamers want what's new as soon and as fast as possible. So they only pay for timed exclusivity, it's much much much cheaper and they're the only ones who have it long enough for the excitement to die down. so by the time it's released elsewhere, it's already "old"
Ok, I can see this is just going to keep going around and around in circles where the whole thing is just going to come down to an argument about semantics. I can't be bothered with that, I'm done, you're right.
love how age always comes into play when someone doesn't have anything to say. also, glad 31 is still "youngin" territory. I donated $15, that's what, 40 minutes of work? the Yogscast have given me quite a lot of hours worth of laughter over the years. donating $15 to them isn't really 'losing money'.
