the delusion is thinking that an analogy about flights is apt to a failed kickstarter. I donated a tiny chunk of change to some people that make me laugh on a regular basis in the hopes of helping them make a game (it's a donation, not a purchase. you can't decide to pay square enix $3 for Final Fantasy 15 or Bravely

they said they'd never make those videos around the time of a major release or when any of the other major youtubers are doing one either (they're part of Polaris) and it's only one week.

I am ashamed of myself for lots of reasons, that's not one of them though (wasting so much time defending myself after making a pretty straightforward and basic comment is one of the things I am ashamed of). I am one of those "the people", well backers. I'm satisfied, we've gotten another game that's further along in

they're people that entertained me, I don't mind donating money to people that have given me some sort of value (same reason I got wildstar, not interested in the game, just bought it and a months subscription because I enjoyed the videos and the comedy, I played the game a bit)

I donated $15 I have spare in the hopes that a game would be made, it failed, they compensated me with another $15 game (which I already have, so I'm giving the extra copy to my wife). how was I busted and how am I what's wrong with the world?

TUG

they're hoping we'll say stuff like "it's only $5" when they give us copies to another game and still give us all our physical rewards?

coming to realize that heheh, I'm from a very new country (when I was a kid we were still desert nomads wandering through the deserts living in tents). it's insane some of the things people see as 'normal', these guys tried to make a fun game, it failed, they're trying to manage the failure and give people some value

I'm actually happy with this development really, I get an extra copy of TUG for my wife and it's already looking good. we have a higher chance of getting a finished game. they're handling it well.

hahahah, what a wonderful description I can sorta see it now, I love it.

heheh yeah, still possible though :P

alright, as I said, I'm a backer, I'm satisfied, others can do whatever they want.

Not really, you can sue dead people in American law.

cool, as I said, feel free to go for it if you're a backer.

There are no legal obligations they need to uphold, you're free to take whatever actions you want though, if you're this annoyed by it and a backer, go ahead and sue them.

Backer here, I'm satisfied. they're still giving us our physical rewards and they're giving us copies of another game that's in the same vein. a game failed and they're handling the failure well.

Sips is the super best guy 3 million. honestly I've started to like hat films since seeing them in sips' Gmod videos, they come up with some very funny stuff and they have a talent for coming up with songs.

From the get go it was Winterkewl, the yogscast right from the beginning said that they're not involved with the game apart from it being their likenesses.

We don't make that much, the person that put this article together seems to have just taken the bar in the middle of the graph and claimed that as the average, that's actually the average salary of a lead artist, which is one step below art director, not the average salary of artists in the industry.

the hell? I'm in animation and no studio pays that much even for supervisor positions.
