I hate animation cancels. They’re a part of a lot of games (Smash Bros. comes to mind), but when not every character has one (like in Overwatch), they feel like an oversight on the programming side, and it makes it feel cheap instead of like a feature.

Well, really it comes down to luck more than anything else. The achievement is just as hard to get no matter whether you’re with your team or not. Why?

I’m just saying that Lucio gets picked because the team wants speed. If the team wants more reliable healing, they pick Mercy.

Well, Lucio’s already a trade-off. Even with the AoE heal, Lucio only heals 12.5HP/s. Mercy is at 50HP/s constant (going to be 60HP/s after this patch). That means that unless you have 5+ players in one spot (with all of them needing to be healed), a good Mercy player will be healing your team faster. Lucio can

Lucio isn’t that strong, and his heal isn’t that good. Granted, it’s the best heal in the game when everyone is together, but it’s the worst heal in the game when you’re only healing one person. So it depends what you’re looking for.

It’s not that bad of a nerf. The biggest thing (for me) is that they reduced his ult by 2 seconds. The achievement of killing 4 people within 8 seconds was already almost impossible. I’ve only done it twice in all the time I’ve played Genji. It’s basically not going to happen now unless you have an Ana powering you up.

The article is wrong about what’s being nerfed. Here’s a list:

I thought she was androgynous for the sake of all-inclusiveness. We have a guy who’s clearly a guy. We have a gal who’s clearly a gal. Blanche is the androgynous option for somewhere in between.

Eh... being fired from a white collar, office job because of your appearance is one thing, but a band is a totally different animal. What if one of the members of Blue Man Group refused to be in all blue? What if one of the members of Kiss didn’t want to put on the makeup? There would definitely be grounds for

It really puts all the other articles on Gawker media sites into incredibly sharp perspective. Almost everything is a slanted opinion piece.

The godliest Ichigo ever got was when fighting Aizen and using the “final” Getsuga. And for the record, Ichigo still didn’t win. Aizen still had the gas to keep going, but Ichigo didn’t. Ichigo would have lost had Urahara not McGuffin’d his way out of that.

No, that’s not it. He just observes things and makes conclusions based on them.

Yeah, but Ichigo still isn’t a god in universe. Because while his power developed powers within his friends, Byakuya still showed up at 10% strength and owned him even after he powered up.

This is a little bit of a righteous tirade. Ultimately, I agree with you that Nintendo needs to shut this down, but a nicer way would have been to shut this down much much sooner.

This seems like an awfully mixed message to send. Red Skull is a bad guy. “I’m with Hydra” is similar to “I’m with Her”. This guy is picketing at a Trump rally (so anti-Trump).

I actually didn’t even notice it until you pointed it out. I was assuming since the crotch was center stage, that something happened there. But nothing did, so I moved onto the comments.

I haven’t watched DB Super yet, but you’re really missing how much of an influence DB was on this generation of shonen manga.

I wasn’t trying to criticize any of them - just saying how Dragonball popularized the formula. Fight, win, fight, lose, train, fight, win yet lose, train, fight, etc etc etc.

Well, let’s face it. Dragonball ended 20 years ago. But it was so popular and well-loved that the revived it.

...but I get all Republican with my obnoxious patriotism...
