So my next question would be, if it were determined that he had to have pulled the trigger for it to have fired, is he back on the hook.

So is that more of a “Hey, don’t fuck around with that unless we’re specifically shooting a scene” thing? Like during down time?

I’m going to venture a guess that the majority of people on this forum have neither of the qualifications I’d mentioned and are also popping off without the prerequisite expertise to offer a sound legal judgement, but I’m at least willing to put that out front. I’m willing to be swayed by any experts, which is why I

I think he might actually lose this case. What changes my opinion (though if I’m mishearing the standard, I might go back to thinking he’ll beat it) is the supposed standard that you do not aim a gun at anybody on set and pull the trigger. I’m not sure if that’s the actual rule. Obviously somebody working the camera

Kelso: Hey, where’s Hyde?

Yup, that’s the ol gang. Eric, Donna, Kelso, Jackie and Fez. The five kids.

“Oh. Do we ALL know? Have I been the topic of a discussion that I’m not aware of?”

Tell you what though, if I were to ever come out, I don’t think I’d want the response to be “Yeah, we know.” Damn. Just humor me a little.

Why isn’t this just a movie instead of a series?

He’s 39 years old. Even if we’re bypassing the Miles origin story and just having an adult version, he’s getting up there to be playing any version of the character.

I think it’s good we’re doing a Superman origin story because there are still so many questions that need to be answered. For instance, where did he come from? How was he raised? What are his values? We don’t know, and it’s time for some clarity after all these years.

I said $2B to break even. You’re going to have to do a lot better than “I don’t know. Not too objectionable considering what else is out there.”

Keep in mind, reports are that the break even point is $2B. So “do fine” is a pretty astronomical amount.
