I think most people had the same takeaway as you. Post-ginger TG is one of the best car shows in recent memory, while TGT was lackluster at best.

I’m probably in the minority, but I actually enjoyed series 24 of Top Gear (the one without the ginger) more than The Grand Tour.

God, please get rid of the american. That was a one off joke that got old really fucking fast. Like about 10 seconds in.

I’m probably going to get lynched, but I didn’t much care for season 1.

I don’t appreciate Jalopnik assisting in raising money for someone who can afford an M3 and x5. Seriously is he the #1 concern?

Someone, please save it from those wheels next.

I have an irrational desire to buy it and LS/manual swap it just to annoy everyone. Then drift it and smack it into a wall or two.

Of course, there are far better ways to annoy people with $125k.

Seriously, is he still alive? That was funny until they caught him, and then it was horrifying. Both because of the swarming attack, and because they must have know they were being filmed and still went for it.

I haven’t watched this more than once.

Now playing

He’s got a brother who’s into trains.

Weird, since everyone in that video seems thoroughly competent, careful, and generally intelligent. I guess this just goes to show you that freak accidents can occur to the best of us no matter how many precautions you take.

Here is an idea: Reduce the amount of scripting is the show, so you wont have to rewrite them. GT was waaay over the top with the scripting, a lot of scenes were so scripted that they were cringe worthy.

No, baby, dollface, no, it’s not like that! It’s GOOD stupid.

Bounty hunter ??????????

you should probably check out more of Ms. Lee ESQ’s posts before you comment... go ahead, we’ll wait.

Have always dug the slantnose.

Extremely rare? I’d call that extremely well done.

Ooh, I love the wheels and white-lettered tires. Tell me more, Grandpa George.

I wish I hadn’t.
