Verizon just made me do away with my grandfathered unlimited data plan (and I’ve been with them for almost 10 years.) Perhaps this is the death knell for that type of benefit regardless of carrier — ride it out as long as you can but be prepared to jump ship if it ends and results in a higher monthly service charge…
