Why be such a buzzkill? This is really thoughtful of him. It’s not bare-minimum considering he really didn’t have to do it. He was going above and beyond to make sure he didn't accidentally make someone uncomfortable.

I think it is rather obvious that no one human being is perfect. I know some things about Keanu’s earlier days that I would never make public. Like us, he is far from perfect.

Served on two juries. The first was a kidnapping situation where the guy was clearly guilty. The other was a petty theft situation where there were hunger and poverty issues at play. 

New York needs more housing.  Some of the real obstacles here are zoning, historic districts, and nimbyism.  Nimbyism, of course, makes both zoning and historic building regulations worse.  Rent protections are fine, but they are not going to solve the huge demand for housing in New York.  

Yeah, being POTUS pretty much makes you Criticism Target in Chief. I would say he should’ve thought about that beforehand but we all know that fucker doesn’t think, period, let alone ahead of time.

For once in our terrible lives, some good news: nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and certified nurse-midwives are now allowed to perform abortions in Maine.

Jon Stewart is amazing. That Roy Orbison song is perfect- it’s all I could do while watching his eloquent words. The love and care he shows these true heroes puts to shame the hypocrisy of the Repubs #neverforget hashtag “thoughts and prayers” and actual inaction.
