It’s called approximation. Rather than using a few sentences to explain Sudden Attack to Conan in detail, he said “Korean Counter Strike” and conveyed the exact same information in far fewer words.

‘bang’ is just korean for room, so it’s like a suffix for any popular activity, like norae-bang is a room for karaoke, pc-bang a room for gaming, dvd-bang for watching movies in a private room, etc.

How weird that the line came out this way.

No, your local copy remains for you to play, but you can’t re-upload it if you “fix” the problem (if you can figure it out) - you would have to rebuild the level from scratch to re-upload it.

I can see how levels getting deleted could get old, fast.
However, sometimes, I feel like I’m listening to a kid talk about something happening “for no reason”, if you catch my drift. I think some people know damn well why their levels get taken down, even if they don’t want to admit it, or don’t agree.

I like to give it the college try ya know

The nice thing about multitasking in computers is that you can play your own music while you watch the video. But as someone who wants to be a part of the gaming community, a community built around the idea of fun and passion for what we love, I always get so mad when this happens. It feels like the bully, or cold

Yeah, maybe you are in the fandom for the wrong scifi universe.

Better this than the BWONG sound effect from Inception

“We should go back and hear the thoughts about “oh my god, this will ruin my kid’s childhood” parent that was presented in the initial post about it.”

Well, you seem to miss the fact there’s an early adoption stage to any new technology and that people willing to spend that initial high price and risk the short lifespan are the ones you should be thanking for the subsequent success of it. I can understand not wanting to get in on a new thing right off the start. I

Like this one?

Does the uncanny valley apply to audio as well as visual? Because this almost-but-not-quite children’s choir is chilling.

It also comes with a ticket to the front of the Guillotine line.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I really wanted my Mii to respond to others coming in with “Jesus Christ, this shit again. What now?” but I held off because I really didn’t want to get immediately banned in a future crackdown.

Actually that's sometimes used to check if you're using a gamepad or keyboard + mouse. In that case I feel it serves its purpose.
