I liked the original TMNT game...but it was really just too damn hard for me and I’ve played through a lot of NES games (Castlevania, megaman, contra, ninja gaiden, etc.) I know I’m not that great at games, but I consider myself moderately competent. If it had more continues and just started over at the beginning of

I always thought it was shifty that something would be like 50% off throughout the whole sale...but then during a certain time it would drop to 75-80% off. I always wondered how many people got tricked into buying games for that constant sale price instead of the better sale price. I think the timed sales would have

I will enjoy the indiepocalypse flood up until it climaxes/crashes. The market may be growing increasingly harsh for devs but it’s never been better for consumers. Here I am rolling around in this ever growing vault of games like Scrooge McDuck in his gold coin pool. The supply of games is absolutely incredible and my

I’ve always liked this tmnt nes mod the best:

I enjoyed them. They were greatly flawed...but I think the better parts outweigh the not so good parts.

If you can find a video that demonstrates a difference in physics I would be genuinely interested in viewing it. I think it would take quite a while before I’d see a streamer or find a video where these differences are explicitly demonstrated.

Each of the original games have pretty obvious and noticeable differences

Nah, I think you are right. The consistent physics were confirmed in an interview and I’m sure it can be put to the test as well. I think a bit of cognitive bias is at play here.

I’m not a huge fan of it stylistically, but from a mechanic standpoint it is very cool to have wall jumping and ground pounding.

Regarding your later comment about the physics being floaty and imprecise...I’m not sure if you knew, but they used the NSMB base system for all four styles in mario maker. There are some

I think a big reason is because Mario Maker has a bigger player base and a better system for sharing levels. Everything is so accessible and intuitive. You can browse levels or play random ones. You can upload your own levels and take a look at stats such as who played it, beat it, liked it, what they said about it

Its easy to want immediate revenge on the group of “people” that tortured and murdered your mother. Remember Tusken Raiders were described by Lars as vicious mindless monsters and they display a capacity for little else but violence throughout the movies. I thought that scene was a great, fitting way to show him move

That sounds like a pretty good guess! I think that might be closer to what they intended than what I thought of.

Definitely could be one of those! I feel like that’s still borderline automatic since holding those buttons is just one step beyond simply pressing the start button. “Dash” is just so vague it could mean so many things to different people (as it did for us). It could even refer to those levels where you have to hurry

It’s finally here! I’m excited just to have an awsome profile I can easily share with people =]

I don’t get it. Out of all the things to target...why this? It’s so meaningless. If you could troll/harass anyone in the world, wouldn’t you pick a target you really disliked? Even if they hate gamers, it’s hard to imagine that could really be the most deserving target.

I feel like the hardest part to believe in all of it though is that Anakin would become so monstrous that he would march through the jedi temple and slaughter children for an uncertain chance to save his wife. It was a little too sudden and too harsh. That’s something a psychopathic madman with no redeemable qualities

The captain crunch french toast was as abominable as it was delicious...But true terror came from its portion size. My order solely consisted of four of the fattest and greasiest slabs of sugar coated bread I’ve ever seen. As hard as I tried, I could not best that which was set before me...but I knew moment I started

I have never enjoyed something so much and at the same time been equally repulsed by it. These are way juicier than they needed to be. I had a similar experience when I ordered captain crunch french toast at Lucky Irish Pub & Grill.

I’m not bothered much by the x-wings being smaller since its a new model...but there’s really no good reason for the Falcon.

I feel the same....the interceptor was sorely missed. More variety in general would have been good. I don’t buy the “specialization doesn’t help” argument since that is absolutely not true as indicated by real world military arsenals. I don’t buy the “ships were old” argument because as you said they could have

Everything that needed to be said was said in their expressions. They both knew Han died. A combination of expression and a connection through the force allowed them both to recognize one another’s pain for the loss of Han. A simple embrace is a very ordinary way for two people to cope with the death of a loved one.
