Say what you will, but I still vastly prefer the Blue Shirt of Inspiration to the Brown Shirts of Intimidation.

4 minutes of rocking back and forth to gain the momentum to stand up out of bed.

I thought host cities were traditionally chosen on the basis of where Matt Lauer sees himself wanting to grope the local population in 4-8 years.

The thing that’s really encouraging is that Green not being a reliable shooter leaves the Warriors uniquely vulnerable in a year where the Raptors have a real chance to come out of the East.

But afterward, you’d of course send a gift basket.

Dodger fan here, and someone who always rooted for Yasiel to pull it together, especially after everything he went through just to get to the majors, but I give him 3 weeks at most before he has a complete meltdown just from the realization of where Cincinnati is on the map. Dude is a Spanish-only speaking man-child

But I’m really looking forward to the 2030's, when someone legitimately considers trading FOR Bobby Bonilla’s contract in order to get a better prospect.

Even worse, sounds like he’s saying “I don’t remember saying it, but I say so much racist shit that it’s impossible to keep track of them all, so these accounts are totally believable.”

I’ve been using “clap’s back” for years.

He’s “very high” on something.  Look how red his eyes are!

I happen to enjoy watching United and Mou turn into a mid-table club.

I like him in the midfield too, but I think you’re selling Gini short this season. He has done a lot of dirty work and looks great doing it. In the set up they played against United, he and Fabinho allowed for Keita to show his dynamism.  That’s our best midfield right there.

Bringing in Keita and Alisson were the most heralded moves of the summer, but Shaqiri seemed to be thought of as a good temporary replacement for Oxlade-Chamberlain, and someone that could be thrown up as a forward in a pinch. Has a team's window of opportunity ever closed as fast as the Jaguars?
